分析： 2010年1月23日和5月15日考了地图,5月20日考了流程图，5月29日,6月17日,6月26日刚考完地图，令考生意想不到的是这次又考到了地图，所以现在大家也要重视地图题还有流程图的写作。具体说，此题为地理变迁题。要求考生运用时间顺序和空间顺序相结合的方式，以及地图题里所常用到的表示“变化”的词汇以及合适的语态（多被动）和时态（一般过去时+一般将来时）将村庄在这三个年份发生的变化做比较。

Advantages: (1)Young people are creative and innovative; therefore, they can work out solutions suitable for inveterate problems.
(2)Young people are less influenced by influential people in the governments or society; therefore, most of them are upright in making decisions.
(3) Young people have adventurous spirit and active thinking; therefore, they can make immediate and wise decisions.
Disadvantages: (1) Young people might be inexperienced in dealing with political and economic affairs.
(2) young people impulsive in making decisions, and
Their decisions might lack feasibility.
